SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days vis USPS or UPS. Shipping is free!
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way!
Local Delivery & Pickup
If you're nearby, we offer personal local delivery or pickup for friends, family, and local supporters! Choose "Local Pickup/Delivery" at checkout. Local delivery is free & I will reach out to figure out the best way to get your package to you!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. To start a return, just send us an email @shopdollylyn.com and we'll guide you through what to do!
